A client that switched from Act! for Windows to Act! for Web wrote the other day lamenting about missing the “View All Contacts” shortcut under Related Tasks in the Nav Bar which she used frequently.
I am always reluctant to say “Sorry Charlie.” so I dug around a bit and didn’t find anything. Then I took a stab at wildcards in the Contact, Contains: Lookup field. I tried “%”, Enter and that worked!
Granted, it’s NOT much faster than Lookup, All Contacts but it is still faster and; just slightly better than “Sorry Charlie”.
Does anyone have any other ideas?
