You have two choices when it comes to Act! Support:

  • Swiftpage Silver Support:
    • Included in your Premium Subscription.
    • Your call will jump to the front of the line or you can schedule your support session if you upgrade to Premier Support for $60/user.
    • PRO users can add support.
  • CIT Support:
    • By E-mail, Text, Phone get a friendly and familiar person who knows not only you and your company plus how to fix Act! but also will recommend the best way to do it even if Act! cannot do it but you can do it with customization or an AddOn which SP support cannot offer.
